We price water treatment in writing after we look at your plumbing and your household’s water use. The main factors are:

  • System size and typeSoftener capacity, filtration stages and whether you add reverse osmosis.
  • Existing softener loopMany Las Vegas homes have one. If yours doesn’t, we can add it.
  • Drain and powerSofteners and RO systems need a drain and, for most softeners, an outlet nearby.
  • HOA or space limitsWhere the equipment can go in a garage or side yard.

Most homes benefit from one. A softener reduces scale on fixtures, helps water heaters and tankless units last longer, and makes soap work better.

A softener removes the hardness minerals that cause scale. A filter removes things like chlorine taste and odor or sediment. Reverse osmosis is a fine filter for drinking water. Many homes use a softener plus RO.

Many newer Las Vegas homes do, usually in the garage near the water heater. We can check and add one if needed.
